j-o-b!!!

what up? so finally it is true - i have a JOB! weeeew. i'll be working 6 days a week for around 6-8hrs a day pruning tomatos. not my idea of a dream job but hey, it will help pay the bills and a few extras thats for sure. so yah, for the next 4 weeks or so thats what i will be doing. unfortunatly that means for you faithful readers, there wont be much of anything interesting to post here in my blog so it will be lacking. I still would appreciate your love in the form of emails or just random posts to old blogs . ha.

so until something new and crazy goes on in my world,

much love!

Alia

hey sweetie :)
Sorry to hear you'll be working for the next while. Work sucks. At least you know the rest of us here are working too right?
Maybe you can prune some other fruit every once in a while...so your skin doesn't turn red. Let me know how it goes!

hi alia.
you'll have things to post; the experiences of pruning tomatoes. hopefully it's more fun then it sounds. lol. at least one of us has found a job. i think im looking for something more in an office setting though... lol.

this weekend, adam and i broke my phone into 2 pieces.. (i was tecting my sister, he was nosey. i hve the bottom, and he grabbed the top, and CRACK...2 pieces!) and for some reason, i broke into tears... it's the hormones, im sure of it. so im on the hunt for a new phone, but im stubborn, and i just want my old one back. lol. thats really all that happened to me this weekend. nothing exciting. so hopefully your first day on the job you'll have something to say other then... i can't believe that this is what i'll be doing for 4 weeks!!! lol.

sending thoughts of love.

Hi AliaBee;

It was really nice to hear your voice yesterday. You did sound tired though. In a month you will be off. And you will have worked, as you originally planned, leaving the guilt of not working behind. A month is nothing.

I find out this week if Darlene is coming back next week or not. I have my fingers crossed. I am very tired of working full time. Tired and bored. The only thing I have to look forward to is the week I took off in May to go up to the lake with Daddy and build a garden shed. No Alice Springs, no railroad ride to Adelaide, no Coast Highway drive back to Sydney, no Bali, no Thailand.

Savour every moment. Even the tomatoe pruning ones. Hey, maybe we will grow tomatoes at the lake and you can prune them for us? O.K.?

Love, love, love

hey darlin!!

like christine said you'll have stuff to post even if it's just stuff you've been thinkin about while pruning tomatoes! doesn't matter what you talk about there's people here at home excited to read about what's on your mind and goin on while you're away....we'll most definitely keep makin little posts sending our love and keeping you up to date on what's goin on on the home front although not much of anything really exciting :P

make the most of your job and enjoy the time outside and all that good stuff, almost anything can be turned into a good experience with the right mind set. plus like your mom said it's only a month, it will fly by and make you feel like you accomplished the goal of working overseas like you intended to do and if nothing else that's an accomplishment you can say you've made!!

much love
