hello!
so today i had my first surfing lesson EVER! it was lots of fun! would've been more fun if it hadnt been so darn windy out! but i had a really good time, i will be hitting the waves again for sure in the near future!
tonight at the hostel we had a $5 all you can eat pizza (julia and i stole a whole ham and pineapple for dinner tomorrow!) and a 'dive-in movie' which is a big tv screen in front of the swimming pool - we sat in the hot tub and watched you, me and dupree. it was a pretty good time
tomorrow, julia and i are heading out to the rainforest with a friend of hers from here and then pubcrawl tomorrow night - ive booked my greyhound ticket and hostel in brisbane so im movin on, although i do really enjoy this hostel, and surfers paradise - its time to get settled down and find a job and a place to lay my roots for a little while. the hostel im staying in - i believe its called banana benders - has a 'job club' that posts job openings in the area, hopefully it will be really helpful.

I was waiting for another blog entry!! I'm glad to hear you enjoyed surfing, I'd love to try it one day too....maybe like your Mom said when you're back home, I can go off on an adventure and maybe learn to surf too!! and of course I'd start a blog too for everyone to read.
It's fun to follow you along your travels, I check the internet whenever you list a new place you're going to, just to see what it's like and maybe pretend for a minute I'm seeing it with you, but then I come back to Earth and stop daydreamin so I can get back my school stuff...
Nothing much new around here lately....ooh on a kinda personal note I got a promotion at my job so for my year off I'll be the assistant operator of my store (hopefully I'll be able to make a bit more money and save some for a trip of my own!!)
Anyways time to head out the door and off to my classes...talk to you again later sweets!!

i wish i could've been surfing, the only hilight of my day is... it's garbage day. lol. yea!! and i might go into the city and buy a hat for myself. spend a little on myself for once. :) not adam, not brooke. i think i just need to get out of the house. :)
what kind of job are you looking for? something fun, and something you'll enjoy? maybe you can get a travel agent job there?? and you get send those aussies over to canada? just a suggestion. lol.
anyways, finally gave brooke a kiss from you today, she's had a snotty nose for the past week, so it was okay to kiss her. lol. she kissed me back, so i assume it was for you. so MUWA! (from brooke.)
