so i made it to brisbane - and to be honest im not very impressed. the hostel im staying at is in the middle of nowhere, quite a walk or bus ride to anything. i think i'll just be doing the touristy things (going to koala park and the man made lagoona) and then heading back down to SYD. i did like surfers paradise but from talking to everyone around me they found it very difficult to find a job, and i want to work somewhere thats not so busy. i think manly would be PERFECT. and although id rather not do the serving thing (like i do back at home) nows not the time to be picky about what kind of job i get. i have to get a job. no if's and's or but's. So another 20hr bus ride it is for me. leaving sunday evening at 4:30pm and getting into sydney at 10:30am on monday. i really believe that this is the best choice for me. and its really not so bad that i took a mini vacation before work started.

hey darling, sorry I haven't wrote for a while...I've been reading all the time though. Even though I'm a little confused because I never know where you are? In my opinion....I'd go for the movies in hot tubs/ ALL YOU CAN EAT PIZZA place.....maybe that's just I love food? ANYWAYS, I was at school when price is right was on and I set this program on my brother's computer to record it and IT DIDN'T WORK!!!!! I was sooooo upset! hopefully someone has it on video? It was nice to hear your voice last night. I see you've decided to take a bus back instead of a flight, must have been a lot cheaper? Do all the touristy stuff and enjoy yourself. Pretty soon you'll be serving food, or picking fruit. We love you.

how's that tan coming along? it's not being that picky if you want to be near a beach. i think if anyone had a choice they'd rather choose the beach, well... unless they have a fear of water? :)
i went to the dr. yesterday. i have an ultrasound next month, so i'll send you the picture when it happens. im starting to grow my tummy. squished right out of my clothes, and into maternity. lol. im looking forward to summer. and the snow melted so much here yesterday. it was yucky messy, but nice. not tanning weather yet, but soon!
i should get going, and get the little brooke something to eat. take care.
